Trying to hit a certain A1C target? Might be time to set your alarm for several hours earlier than usual. Don’t worry, I’m not suggesting waking up at 2 a.m. every night…but perhaps committing to waking up at 2 a.m. for one week merely to take a deeper look at what your blood sugar is doing while you sleep.
(If you have a continuous glucose monitor: awesome! But if you’re ignoring it overnight…then maybe you could commit to a week of using it intensely overnight!)
